Le Groupe Ressources Humaines dispose d’une équipe de recherche multidisciplinaire et multiculturelle qui vise à créer une plus étroite collaboration avec les entreprises locales. Les membres de l’équipe participent à différents projets de recherche en Suisse et à l'étranger. Leur approche est à la fois qualitative et quantitative. Les recherches en cours actuellement portent sur les problématiques suivantes : la gestion des différences culturelles; la diversité, les identités et la gestion des émotions et des conflits dans les équipes de travail; les stratégies de carrière;  la GRH en fusions et acquisitions and la responsabilité sociale dans les entreprises.

Etudes postdoctorales en analyse des organisations, Université de New York. Recherches et publications dans les domaines de la gestion interculturelle, des sciences cognitives et de leur impact sur la formulation de stratégie d'entreprise.

Dr. Sowon Kim
Sowon Kim obtained her Ph.D. on the dynamics of career-related networking behavior in 2010 at the Management Department of the  University of Geneva. Her research interests also include mentoring, work-life interference, and women’s careers. As Chargée d'Enseignement she teaches organizational behavior at HEC Geneva and is actively involved in mentoring programs of Swiss universities through invited workshops.  Sowon has a Masters degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (Geneva) and in Business Administration from the University of Geneva.

Dr. Anna Lupina-Wegener
Anna is a post doctoral fellow at the Management Department of the University of Geneva. Her research interests include human resources management and intergroup dynamics in mergers and acquisitions. More specifically she analyses how threat to pre-merger identities may impede a creating of a shared identity in the new organization. Currently, Anna is leading a longitudinal project on shared identity construction in a merger of two large pharmaceutical companies. She obtained her PhD from the Warsaw School of Economics on HRM in Polish mergers and acquisitions.

Erwan Bellard

Diplôme en Gestion, HEC, Université de Genève. Dans le cadre de son doctorat il s'intéresse à la question du conflit et de la gestion des émotions dans les équipes de travail et les organisations.

Guldem Karamustafa
Güldem Karamustafa is a doctoral fellow at the Management Department of the University of Geneva. Her research interests include mergers and acquisitions, social networks and knowledge creation. She concentrates on knowledge transfer and learning processes with a special emphasis on individual and group interactions during post-merger integration process. Therefore, her research objective is to investigate the effectiveness of management interventions on creating social networks that enable positive post-merger outcomes. Güldem, holds a Masters degree in HRM from the University of Manchester, during which she focused on strategic HRM, organizational change and development, action learning as well as action science. Previously, she gained experience in working as an HR practitioner at a multinational company.
